Overview
I’ve worked with Tim Kirkman and TKG Hub for over four years, providing ongoing communications, marketing and operational support across his leadership coaching and training business. Our work together spans long-term programs, day-to-day business support and strategic marketing activity.
The Work
My role has been broad and collaborative, supporting both the delivery of large-scale training programs and the ongoing communications and marketing behind the business.
This has included:
Project management for large-scale training programs (running over 4+ months)
Liaising directly with corporate and organisational clients
Editing and refining training workbooks and supporting materials
Managing and scheduling LinkedIn content
Collaborating on email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
Managing diary and scheduling to support program delivery and client commitments
Website updates and ongoing maintenance
Throughout the work, the focus has been on clarity, consistency and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
