Social Media & Communications Support
The Work:
I worked with Bayley House for 18 months, providing ongoing social media support and helping strengthen their online presence.
For Bayley House, my focus was on supporting their main social media channels with clear, consistent communication that aligned with their values and community.
For Bayley Arts, I took a more hands-on role — managing the Instagram and Facebook accounts end-to-end and bringing structure and cohesion to the feed.
This included:
Structuring and organising the Instagram feed
Planning and scheduling content
Promoting events, exhibitions and classes
Creating reels and short-form video content
Filming content on site
Ensuring messaging remained consistent, accessible and engaging
